Cancellation Policy

Kindly note that full payment is required at the time of booking for all Initial Consultations. Unfortunately, this payment is non-refundable if a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment. For follow-up consultations, a cancellation fee will apply if less than 24 hours’ notice is given.
