A key aspect of this balance is following a diet that aligns with “my” version of the food pyramid—one that emphasises adequate protein, quality carbohydrates, healthy fats, and an abundance of vegetables. A nutrient rich diet is not just fuel for the body, but is essential for maintaining energy levels, immunity, and mental clarity throughout the day. I believe that the best way to nourish the body is by choosing whole, unprocessed foods—those that do not require ingredient labels because, they ARE the ingredients. Additionally, I will design the highest quality, practitioner-only supplementation regime, individually suited to your specific needs and lifestyle requirements, to ensure you are getting the optimal support for your health and healing.
